PMA's co-founder is board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon Dr. Lincoln A. Roland, who provides medical consultation conveniently within the same facility. Dr. Roland's expertise in vascular surgery balances the medical aspects with the aesthetic services for each patient.
Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Vascular Surgeon
Dr. Lincoln Roland earned his bachelor of science in biology in 2000 from Hunter College in New York City and his medical degree in 2004 from Penn State College of Medicine.
He completed his general surgery residency training in 2009 at the New York Medical College (Sound Shore) in New Rochelle, New York and his vascular surgery fellowship in 2011 at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
After his fellowship, Dr. Roland was a vascular surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio until 2015, when he moved to Tallahassee, Florida to become director of the vascular ultrasound laboratory department and vascular surgery department at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. In November 2018, Dr. Roland moved a bit more west to Pensacola, Florida and started his own private practice.
Dr. Lincoln Roland is certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He also earned certification as a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI) from the Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement, which enables him to read and interpret vascular ultrasounds.

Founder and owner of PMA, Mary Ann being married to vascular surgeon Lincoln A. Roland, MD RPVI started PMA with the idea of treating spider veins that were too small for sclerotherapy. Through this she found out about the world of aesthetics and all the ways she could effectively treat and help people feel good about themselves. Being Filipino she knew how hard it could be to find somewhere that could effectively treat her skin classification and made it her dream to open a medical aesthetics facility that could give great results and safely treat all skin, no matter the classification.
In addition to being the founder and lead aesthetician at PMA, Mary Ann continues to practice nursing by assisting Dr. Roland in his vascular surgical procedures at Panhandle Vascular Surgical Specialists (PVSS).
